Job Description:

The Role Entegris is currently seeking a   technical Manager   to join our   New Product Development   team. This position will be based in our   Burnet TX   facility   and is an   in-person   onsite position .  

In this role, you will   lea d a team   that   is r espo nsib le for   testing and validating new ALD and CVD   products.  Crucial testing includes   optimizing   precursor delivery   perf orm ance   with   various equipment configurations.   Co mpatib ility of the precursor chem icals with various har dwar e component s and im purity transport pro files ar e also c rit ical a spec ts to su cces s ful development cycles .   

What   You’ll   Do  

• Lead a motivated group of New Product Development engineers and scientists,   creating first of a kind DoE’s,   oversee data collection and storage, review and interpret analytical data sets, prepare and review high quality internal and external presentations,   make technical recommendations based upon the results gathered   and submit IP as needed  

• Lead and c oordinate the team’s work   with   a range of internal   and external   customers    

• Design and oversee operation   of precursor delivery test equipment   including in-situ monitoring , sample collection, and characterization  

• Operation ,   design , and CIP   of materials of compatibility   test equipment including sample   collection,   analysis ,   and characterization as it relates to   stability   and compatibility   of   key   component materials  

• P ost service examination of vessels   utilized in various applications , collation of data, identify trends and make recommendations on hardware designs based upon the results  

What   We   Seek  

• MS or PhD   in   C h emic al En gineeri ng , Mat e ri als Sci ence or Chemistry or equivalen t field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with CVD/ALD precursor applications  

• S uccessful   m anagerial   experience is a lso required  

• Demonstrated   working   understanding of vapor pressure and   solid delivery   as it relates to   semiconductor CVD/ALD equipment design and   performance  

• Working knowledge   of characterization techniques including   IR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, NMR spectroscopy, ICP/MS, gas chromatography ,   microscopy , surface analysis   are essential .   Knowledge of metal   corrosion   mechanisms is   preferred.  

• Demonstrated background and knowledge configuring , designing, and maintaining CVD/ALD precursor test   equipment.  

• Ab ility t o   take advanced experimental learning and drive   improvements as related to   CVD/ALD precursor testing

• Compensation: The salary range for this position is $125,500-$157,000. Final compensation will depend on the candidate's overall skills and qualifications for the role.
