Where is the work: Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.     What's in it for you: Responsible for end‑to‑end procurement, order management, and supplier coordination to support equipment, parts, and accessory needs across projects and Service Centers. This role manages the creation and execution of purchase orders, oversees timely delivery of equipment and components, and maintains strong communication with suppliers, vendors, Engineering, Operations teams, and Service Centers. The position also prepares cost reports, supports recurring supplier and team meetings, and ensures accurate tracking of CER project lines and related documentation.

What you will bring: • Experience in purchasing, buyer support, procurement, accounts payable, or operations coordination. • Ability to manage multiple systems and databases accurately. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with internal teams and external vendors. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, Coupa, Excel is preferred.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $72,611.66 - $101,394.99 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer : We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors. The actual compensation will depend on elements such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience,  travel requirements, and union designation.   Our compensation range is generally based on the national average for the country.  Additionally, benefits may vary depending on the region, business alignment, union involvement, and employee status.
