Job Description: Essentia is looking for a Process & Training Associate Analyst to support system training, process improvement, and the development and implementation of training programs across revenue cycle.

Education Qualifications: Perform system training, process analysis, and support the development and implementation of training programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing duties relating to adult training programs; training on assigned systems; responsible for training preparation by arranging schedules and documenting attendance; support of system practice management changes; developing understanding of the associated processes that are attached to identified systems; documentation of identified process updates and writing revenue services newsletters. Prioritizing educational needs across the revenue cycle and has a strong understanding of operational policies and procedures.

Educational Requirements: • Associate’s degree in healthcare or business related field preferred

Required Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in revenue services

Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Certification/Licensure Requirements: • Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency
