• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently   

• Excellent   time ‑ management   skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a   fast ‑ paced   environment   

• Effective verbal and written communication skills   

• Strong   critical ‑ thinking   and   problem ‑ solving   abilities, especially when working on complex issues in a   high ‑ volume   production facility   

• Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changing processes   

• Familiarity with basic SPC concepts, methods, and terminology   

Preferred Skills • Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials   

• Wafer fabrication experience or familiarity with semiconductor   processing  and   cleanroom experience  

Description of Job  

• Sustain the EPI and Implant modules by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots, troubleshooting process issues, and providing manufacturing support in a semiconductor cleanroom   

• Monitor production line health by reviewing and responding to   SPC ‑ based   process trends   

• Identify   root causes of process deviations and implement effective corrective actions   

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process control, yield, and cost efficiency   

• Write, revise, and   maintain   technical specifications and procedures   

• Lead training and developing colleagues   

Education  

• Required: High school diploma or GED   

• Preferred: 2 ‑ year or 4 ‑ year degree in a technical discipline

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $28 to $35. • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

• This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
