As part of the sales team, this position provides technical sales support to assure successful customer integration and implementation of established company products. Collaborates and contributes to unit sales plan through a diverse scope of pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities requiring the highly complex and diverse solutions.

What you'll do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for RAD MP4100 voice and transport platforms. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice, network, and service delivery issues. • Provide Juniper routing and switching engineering support for mission-critical networks. • Lead technical investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. • Support customer escalations and high-priority operational events. • Coordinate with vendors, internal engineering teams, and customer stakeholders to maintain service availability. • Develop and review network and voice infrastructure designs, implementation plans, and technical documentation. • Support mission-critical NASA programs, including operational readiness activities and communications infrastructure supporting agency initiatives.

What you'll need • Full working knowledge of assigned products and services. • Seasoned, in-depth knowledge of the relevant functional/process area; recognized subject matter expertise. • Flexibility to work from a customer site, remote response center, corporate location, or other site (as assigned). • Note:  This position is not on sales compensation.

Supervisor: No What you’ll bring • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience. • Certification is required in some areas.

Our Principal Technical Consultant earns between $174,100 - $261,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
