Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Mission Assurance Team is seeking a  Principal Quality Analyst or Senior Principal Quality Analyst  located in  Oklahoma City, OK.

Key Responsibilities: • Proactively manage Supplier Quality risk to drive down supplier escapes.

• Develops and implements supplier quality evaluation and control systems.

• Assures supplier process and product quality, including contractual, regulatory, and technical compliance.

• Interfaces directly with supplier personnel and must be knowledgeable in and capable of assessing both supplier quality and manufacturing processes and procedures.

• Conducts product and process verification activities, monitors supplier quality performance, and drives root cause corrective action analysis for supplier quality issues.

• Supports the maintenance of the approved supplier list and periodically reviews supplier performance to determine whether suppliers should remain on the approved list.

• Manages supplier requests for waivers, deviations and discrepancy reporting process.

• Keeps management apprised of supplier performance, quality status, and risks. Coordinates and oversees Supplier Quality plan implementation through all program phases.

• Actively engages in supplier evaluation, qualification and selection as part of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP) and as new procurements are required on existing programs.

• Manages implementation of Supplier Quality processes, including supplier approval activities, source selection evaluations, supplier classification designation (Critical, Key and Standard), development and execution of risk assessments and mitigation plans, and supplier quality requirements development and flow-downs.

• Travel to Supplier as needed to support the program.

• Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, hardware and software development functions to ensure quality standards are in place

• Audits quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.

**This role may be filled at the Principal OR Senior Principal level based on the qualifications listed, below**

**Work schedule: Work schedule is 9X80 (Mon-Thursday every other Friday) **

Basic Qualifications for Principal Quality Analyst: • Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience working in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing ; or Masters degree with 3 years of experience working in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing ; or PhD with 1 year of experience working in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 requirements

• Must have the ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK

• Must have an active US Government Secret Clearance and must have the ability to obtain and maintain special program access

• Experience with SAP

Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal Quality Analyst: • Bachelors degree with 8 years of experience working in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing ; or Masters degree with 6 years of experience working in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing ; or PhD with 4 year of experience working in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 requirements

• Must have the ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK

• Must have an active US Government Secret Clearance and must have the ability to obtain and maintain special program access

• Experience with SAP

​ Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of statistical process control

• Understanding of NADCAP certified processes

• Certified in lean and six-sigma quality engineering methodologies

• Experience with electronics, schematics, drawings, etc.

Primary Level Salary Range: $77,000.00 - $115,600.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $96,200.00 - $144,200.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
