Princip a l   Product Manager   CMP Pads  

Position Summary  

Lead the CMP Pads, semiconductor business by driving product strategy, portfolio management, market competitiveness, and cross-functional execution .   This role   is responsible for   driving   sustainable growth, margin expansion,   operational excellence , and competitive product   solutions .  

Key Responsibilities  

• Develop and execute business and product strategies based on customer needs, technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.  

• Lead cross-functional alignment ,   resource prioritization , and execution   across   commercial, technical , and   operational priorities .  

• Partner closely with manufacturing and quality teams to improve capacity, yield, cost, supply continuity, change execution, and customer delivery.  

• Support strategic customer engagements and translate customer requirements into actionable plans   with clear priorities .  

Required Qualifications & Capabilities  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.  

• 8+ years of experience in product management, business management, marketing, operations, or related leadership roles within the semiconductor or advanced materials industry.  

• Strong business ,   financial   and people   acumen, including experience with pricing, profitability, forecasting , and   strategic planning.  

• Strong   ability   of   coordination and prioritization   to influence   and align   cross-functional stakeholders, and drive decisions in a complex global organization   with   executive presentation skills.
