About this role
The Opportunity
We’re building a category-defining design product at the intersection of creativity, AI, and modern application experiences. This initiative is a significant investment in the future of creative workflows . It explores how intelligent systems help people move from ideas to polished, usable outcomes faster while maintaining quality, control, and creative intent. Success will come from deeply understanding where users experience the most friction today. We will identify the audience for whom the product becomes indispensable first and craft an experience that makes a new workflow feel trustworthy, repeatable, and ready for real-world use.
What You’ll Do
• Help define a new product category and sharpen the product thesis.
• Drive and evolve the product roadmap from early development through launch and GA.
• Balance product-market fit discovery with execution rigor.
• Partner closely with engineering, research, program management, and marketing.
• Drive structured discovery and validation with early users and pilot customers.
• Identify the initial target audience and highest-value use cases.
• Establish success metrics and evaluation frameworks.
• Represent the product narrative to executives and cross-functional collaborators.
• Collaborate across globally distributed teams.
What You Need to Succeed
• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of products from early concept or incubation through public launch and growth.
• Demonstrated success in 0→1 product development.
• Strong execution rigor in fast-paced , ambiguous environments.
• Excellent product judgment for design-adjacent, creator-facing, or high-craft tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence.
• Comfort engaging with technical systems and collaborating deeply with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred qualifications: Experience building AI-powered products or features.

Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. 

In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100
 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
