This role will require 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.                    

Join the Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICT) finance team supporting FP&A.

The Financial Consultant will report to the ICT Sr Finance Director and support 3 ICT therapies through FP&A cadence of activities, collaborating closely with Therapy CFOs, ICT CFO, CV Portfolio and the entire ICT Finance team. In this role you will lead and develop various analyses to support the businesses and will be a voice for the finance organization. The primary responsibilities of this position are to build and analyze financial reporting, forecast and target models, complete month-end financial activities, investigate variance drivers and leading indicators, lead collaboration with CV Portfolio, and influence leadership to drive financial execution.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. • Serve as the strategic business partner to ICT FP&A Leader, Therapy CFOs and ICT CFO; investigate results, prepare variance analysis and provide forward looking financial insights and operational decision support.

• Oversee financial performance management, translating results into actionable insights for leadership and driving discussions on risks, opportunities, targets and performance improvement actions.

• Develop and own consolidated reporting packages that support the ICT therapies, including Revenue, P&L, FCF, Headcount and Expense pools, and KPI reporting on critical OU and MIP metrics.

• Lead ICT Finance team through FP&A activities. Develop and execute operating mechanisms to streamline financial cadences including: Month End Close, Quarterly Rolling Forecast, Strat Plan, AOP, Intra Quarter Revenue and P&L LBE processes, QE KPI deliverables, Investor Relations activities and any other Ad Hoc requests that flow through FP&A channels.

• Lead CV partnership process, including consolidation, translation and communication of key performance messages and reporting through CV Portfolio to assist in MFR preparation;  translating key insights, risks and trends into cohesive story across ICT business.

• Lead the financial narrative for leadership reviews (e.g., QBRs, RF Reviews, Strategy Reviews, Capital Allocation Committee), synthesizing financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior management.

• Plan, manage and forecast ICT G&A cost centers. Provide business partner support to G&A functions include Legal, Comms, IT, GM support, BD, HR and Finance.

• Drive finance transformation and process improvement initiatives that enhance planning, reporting, analytical capabilities, and best practices across the broader ICT Finance team.

MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 8+ years

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications) • MBA/CPA/CMA - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong organization and prioritization skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to identify key trends and drivers and the proven experience translating financial data into meaningful, concise information

• Experience with business partnering

• Strong ability to work in financial/reporting systems (SAP, GFS, Spend, BOXI, Hyperion, OneStream)

• Experience in a global organization

• Experience interfacing and influencing various levels of management

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong executive communication skills, both written & verbal

• Ability to work effectively under uncertainties.

• Ability to translate ideas and financial results into concise presentations for senior management

• Ability to operate within a complex organization and various levels of management

• Ability to manage tight time commitments in a high-pressure position

• High degree of initiative and self-motivation

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
