How will you make an impact? · Equipment Engineers and Technicians with the technical capability and autonomy to support, maintain, and solve complex equipment problems. · Manufacturing equipment capable of consistently meeting required process, quality, capacity, and production performance. · Equipment maintained at original factory specifications and validated operating conditions, without performance degradation. · Equipment operates consistently during production with reduced failures, variation, and performance degradation. · Sites with technical capability, resources, spare parts, documentation, and support required to restore equipment quickly and effectively after failures or degradation. · What will you do? · Have the required Equipment Engineering technical knowledge and expertise available across sites. · Have equipment capability that meets product and manufacturing requirements. · Have the proper operating and physical conditions defined for each equipment. · Have the critical equipment activities during production clearly defined. · Have Equipment Recovery and Technical Support System available across sites.

How will you get here? · Through structured technical training, hands-on coaching, equipment-specific qualification, troubleshooting on real failures, OEM knowledge transfer, technical documentation, and competency validation. · Through equipment specifications, capability requirements, technical acceptance criteria, equipment qualification, process capability validation, capacity verification, performance testing, and technical approval before production use. · Through equipment baselines, calibration standards, critical parameter limits, machine condition requirements, capability checks, wear limits, restoration criteria, and periodic verification against the validated baseline. · Through standardized checklists, equipment monitoring, critical parameter verification, inspections, and validation of equipment conditions during production. · Through troubleshooting standards, diagnostic tools, critical spare-parts strategy, technical documentation, escalation paths, OEM and supplier support, failure analysis, repair procedures, restoration standards, and MTTR reduction practices. · Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing, with significant hands-on experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering and at least 2 years of experience as a Lead Engineer or in an equivalent technical leadership role.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 1. Equipment Technology Expertise Solder Paste Printers, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Ovens, AOI, X-Ray, Wave Soldering, Selective Soldering, Press-Fit, Routing/Depaneling, Dispensing & Conformal Coating, Cleaning/Washing Systems, Takaya/Flying Probe, Conveyors, FIFO, and Material Handling equipment.

2. Equipment Technical Fundamentals Mechanical systems, electrical systems, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, sensors, actuators, servos, motion systems, machine controls, interfaces, and automation fundamentals required to understand and diagnose manufacturing equipment.

3. Maintenance & Reliability Engineering TPM, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance, equipment calibration, equipment baselines, wear limits, equipment condition control, maintenance standards, maintenance frequencies, and reliability practices.

4. Equipment Troubleshooting & Recovery Advanced troubleshooting, equipment diagnostics, failure analysis, root-cause identification, equipment repair, restoration, technical escalation, diagnostic tools, critical spare parts, technical documentation, OEM/vendor technical support, and equipment recovery.

5. Equipment Industrialization & Lifecycle Equipment technical requirements, equipment selection, installation, Facilities integration, utilities requirements, equipment qualification, capability validation, capacity verification, technical acceptance, setup, model changeover, production readiness, ramp-up, and equipment lifecycle considerations. 6. Equipment Performance & Analytics

OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime, breakdown rate, availability, equipment performance, reliability metrics, data analysis, loss analysis, trend analysis, condition monitoring, creation of new equipment metrics, and development of monitoring systems when existing metrics are insufficient.

7. Equipment Technical Leadership Advanced regional technical support, technical direction, coordination across sites, technical standards, knowledge transfer, coaching, equipment-specific qualification, OEM/supplier technical coordination, escalation management, and deployment of technical knowledge and solutions across multiple sites. Preferred Qualifications: · NPI & Industrialization: Experience supporting equipment selection, installation, qualification, manufacturing readiness, ramp-up, and stable production. · Equipment Excellence: Experience implementing TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment condition control, reliability improvement, and equipment performance systems. · Manufacturing Excellence: Experience improving equipment utilization, cycle time, changeove
