Strategic Planning & Transformation • Support multi-year technology planning and roadmap development. • Lead cross-functional efforts to align resources, funding, and delivery approaches with business priorities. • Drive organizational change initiatives supporting modernization, regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and operational efficiency. • Assist with workforce planning, vendor management, budgeting, and resource optimization activities. • Enable successful execution of major transformation programs across Risk and Compliance domains.

Stakeholder Engagement • Build trusted relationships with executives, business leaders, product owners, and technology teams. • Communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Facilitate alignment across teams with competing priorities and dependencies. • Influence without authority while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. • Three to five years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting Risk, Compliance, Fraud, AML, GRC, Regulatory, Audit, or operational risk technology initiatives. • Strong financial management and technology investment planning experience. • Experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and technology roadmaps. • Demonstrated ability to coach teams and leaders through organizational transformation. • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Clarity, Azure DevOps, or similar planning and delivery tools. • Knowledge of regulatory and control requirements within the financial services industry. • Agile certifications (SAFe, SPC, ICP-ACC, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) preferred. • Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Success Measures In this role, success is demonstrated by: • Improved portfolio transparency and delivery predictability. • Strong alignment between business priorities and technology investments. • Effective management of risks, dependencies, and resource capacity. • Increased agile maturity and adoption across teams. • Delivery of strategic initiatives that improve regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
