Pay:   $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Job description: About Us PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 and over the past 40+ years of being in business, we have become an international company with more than 2,200 trucks and 8,000 trailers. About this opportunity We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to add to our planning team! In this role you will assist with planning freight and equipment across the PAM network. Pay and Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. How will you contribute to the success of the team? • Lead the day-to-day execution of the Load Planning team to achieve service, utilization, and profitability goals. • Coach, develop, and hold Load Planners accountable while providing direction on planning decisions and operational challenges. • Monitor performance and network conditions to identify inefficiencies, capacity needs, and opportunities for improvement. • Partner with Operations, Account Management, Market Management, and other teams to align freight, capacity, and customer needs. • Proactively identify and resolve planning and service issues while driving consistent execution and continuous improvement.

What makes you a strong candidate for this position? • Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills. • Strong understanding of load planning, capacity management, and transportationoperations. • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound operational decisions. • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a positive attitude. • Capable to champion continuous improvements by identifying inefficiencies with driver productivity, equipment utilization, and overall network profitability. • Ability to lead initiatives, influence change, and gain buy in to increase performance output.
