• Performs comprehensive patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories and conducting physical examinations. • Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions within scope of practice. • Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. • Orders, performs, and interprets laboratory, diagnostic, and other tests as appropriate. • Prescribes, administers, and monitors medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with licensure and organizational policies. • Provides patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and health maintenance. • Documents assessments, treatment plans, patient encounters, and clinical outcomes accurately and timely within the medical record. • Coordinates patient care services, including consultations, referrals, follow-up care, and transitions across the continuum of care. • Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and efficient delivery of care. • Maintains compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, privacy, and organizational requirements. • Participates in quality improvement, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives as assigned. • Supports patient advocacy, patient satisfaction, and a culture of compassionate, patient-centered care. • Maintains professional competency through continuing education and ongoing professional development. • Utilizes sound clinical judgment and evidence-based practice to support quality patient outcomes. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Knowledge of patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disease management principles. [Required] • Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations, standards, and scope of practice requirements. [Required] • Ability to interpret clinical and diagnostic information and make sound clinical decisions. [Required] • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. [Required] • Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. [Required] • Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation and clinical systems. [Required] • Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. [Preferred] • Knowledge of quality improvement and evidence-based practice principles. [Preferred]

Education: • Master's [Required]

Work Experience: • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$91,313.86 - $169,845.73 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
