Physican - Orthopedic Hand Surgeon - Flexible Schedule, Great Surgical Volume, 8 Weeks Off

Benefis Health System , a large level II t rauma and regional tertiary referral center in Great Falls, Montana , is seeking an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our dedicated team of 9 orthopedic surgeons and 6 surgical advanced practice providers .  

Position Details  

• Great opportunity for a robust hand practice joining a long-term o rthopedic team includ ing : traumatologist, generalists, spine, total joint revisionists, shoulder, spine, and sports med with mid-level support    

• Schedule is typically Monday – Friday with d edicated OR and ASC time    

• Devoted resources including occupational therapy within the clinic in addition to robust therapy options in the building and a s ame day orthopedic injury center attached to the practice , as well as employed plastic surgery and cardiovascular services  

• 10 main ORs + ASC, 2 Davinci robots with O-arm and Hana table + ROSA robot  

• 33 bed emergency department with 3 large trauma bays, CT scan staffed 24/7 and 2 dedicated board-certified EM physicians on shift at all hours  

• In house air ambulance program with fixed wing and rotor wing for inbound and outbound transport  

• Dedicated ICU intensivists 24/7 in 21 bed mixed-ICU  

• Robust hospitalist team, including swing and night shift admitters
