About this role
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 - Carry’s out treatment plans for in and/or out patients of all age groups under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience: • New clinicians considered • Excellent communication skills • Follows practice guidelines • Able to interpret patient status and adapt treatment plan accordingly; communicate patient issues directly with treating therapist • Able to use a computer • Able to prioritize work tasks • Able to treat wide variety of diagnoses • Able to communicate with interdisciplinary care team members
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience: • Prior hospital setting
Educational Requirements: • Graduate of an accredited Associates Degree program
License/Certification: • MA License • CPR
Age Specific Criteria: Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas. Ability to Meet Job Performance Expectations: Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Salary Range: $28.32-$43.45 - Salary Range Details The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value Sturdy Health’s benefits package (if applicable), which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement. For annual salaries this is based on full-time employment.
