The Engagement Analyst works alongside People, Workforce, & Rewards (PWR) engagement leaders to streamline processes, strengthen coordination, and provide high-quality support. This role conducts research, organizes information, and delivers practical solutions to ensure engagements run efficiently and client needs and initiatives are met.
Your Role. Your work will include, but not be limited to: • Coordinates and supports tactical action plans for PWR engagement teams, adapting to changing client and business needs. • Develops and implements communication strategies to facilitate effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. • Analyzes PWR engagement data and key metrics to support project progress and ensure objectives are achieved. • Drives strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by leadership, while identifying and applying engagement best practices. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and firm resources to support engagement goals and client needs. • Partners with learning and development professionals to align tools, processes, and training with PWR engagement needs. • Assists in coordinating resources and facilitating efficient workflows to enhance engagement efficiency. • Enhances the client experience by ensuring consistent communication, timely deliverables, and seamless project coordination. • Identifies opportunities to improve engagement processes, tools, AI, and resources to increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Communicate effectively with all levels of PWR management and engagement teams across the firm. • Tracks and reports on PWR engagement performance and key operating metrics as established by leadership. • Prepares for and participates in engagement, client, and leadership meetings, ensuring effective discussion, follow-up, and documentation. • Communicates directly with clients, as needed or requested.
The qualifications. • 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in senior-level administrative support, project coordination, or related roles. • Person in position frequently communicates with individuals who have inquiries. Must be able to exchange information in these situations. • Ability to work in a high-stress environment. • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required. • Experience with pension funds and calculations is a plus but not required. • Ability to exercise sound judgment within broadly defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions. • General business knowledge with experience managing multiple projects and client relationships. • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex concepts in the client’s business context. • Ability to provide strong internal support by researching, organizing, and delivering solutions that help partners and teams execute strategic initiatives. • Skilled in designing and delivering compelling client presentations and communicating persuasively under pressure. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients demands, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work within budget while balancing client, practice development, and administrative needs. • Analytical ability to grasp key business processes, identify client needs, and translate them into practical, efficient solutions. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels, address difficult issues with diplomacy, and explain financial or technical information to non-financial audiences. • Ability to coordinate information flows across multiple stakeholders, identify client needs, synthesize information, and develop practical solutions while balancing big-picture strategy with attention to detail. • Skilled in leading presentations and facilitating discussions to keep meetings focused and productive. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to work effectively in firm systems such as WorkDay, Dayshape, and Power BI, and to leverage technology to improve efficiency and client deliverables.
This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
