What is the Opportunity?

This is a hands-on role with broad exposure and responsibility, and plenty of room to learn, grow, and improve how we work. Alongside the day-to-day operations, you’ll have the opportunity to shape better processes, strengthen our data, and use automation and AI to make the People team smarter, faster, and more effective.

The role combines 3 main areas: employee lifecycle and HR operations, office and facilities management, and continuous process improvement. Approximately 40% of the role will focus on managing our Tel Aviv office, while the rest will focus on supporting employees and managers, running HR processes, and finding better ways to work.

You’ll work closely with our People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Finance, Legal, and global People teams.

What you’ll do

HR operations and employee support

• Support employees throughout the full lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, parental leave, benefits, internal mobility, and offboarding.

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on policies, procedures, and HR-related questions.Coordinate HR processes with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, documentation, policies, and internal resources.

• Partner with People Partners and Organizational Development on organizational changes, compensation processes, performance cycles, engagement, and talent initiatives.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to create a smooth transition from candidate to employee, including offers, onboarding, and the day-one experience.

• Work with Finance, Legal, and our external payroll provider on payroll, benefits, and employment compliance.

Office and facilities management

• Manage the day-to-day operation of our Tel Aviv office.

• Own relationships with vendors and service providers, including maintenance, supplies, catering, cleaning, and facilities.

• Support company activities, celebrations, events, and employee gatherings.

• Make sure the office remains welcoming, organized, well maintained, and ready for the team.

• Identify opportunities to improve the office environment and the way we manage it.

Process improvement, data, and AI

• Regularly review how we work and identify ways to make People and office processes simpler, faster, and more effective.

• Improve workflows, documentation, tools, and handoffs across the People team.Maintain clean, reliable data and build practical reports that support better decisions.

• Use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work, improve accuracy, and create better processes.

• Bring common sense, curiosity, creativity, and constructive challenge to the way things are done.

What you’ll bring

• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR administration, office management, or an HR Generalist role.

• Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes and office operations.

• Strong ownership and follow-through. You take responsibility from beginning to end and care about getting the details right.

• A genuine service mindset and the ability to support employees with care, professionalism, and sound judgment.

• Curiosity about AI, automation, and new tools.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at the same time.

• Working knowledge of Israeli labor law, payroll, benefits, and employment compliance.

• Experience working with an HRIS, or a similar platform.Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and confidence working with data

• Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English.Resourcefulness, good judgment, and the confidence to solve problems independently.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a global or fast-growing technology company.

• Experience supporting a US entity alongside Israeli operations.

• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or Make.

• Exposure to performance management, engagement, talent reviews, or organizational change.

• Experience with reporting or business intelligence tools.
