Pastry Cook 2 - Full Time Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.  Intermediate culinary knowledge is expected, minimum two years culinary or related work experience, proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task. A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon or evening shifts, weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States. Comprehensive Benefits • Hourly Wage $23.18
