Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15-17 per hour.
Work Schedule: The work schedule for this position is 2:00PM - 10:30PM/ROTATING WEEKENDS. - TRAINING MAY BE HELD ON DAY SHIFT BASED ON TRAINER AVAILABILITY
Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.
Eligibility requirements depend on your job classification, length of employment and number of hours worked. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

SUMMARY The Customer Service Advisor is a highly energetic, enthusiastic, disciplined, problem solver with excellent communication and computer skill. The Customer Service Advisor is driven by ambition the ability to learn and grow as we move forward building a world class call center. All Customer Service Advisors are crossed trained in every function associated with the Call Center
Essential Job Functions: • Handle inbound calls • Prepared to answer questions regarding • Taking payments • Problem solving • Refunds • Directions • Expectant Mothers Program • LEED Program • Group Account Program • Embrace and understand metrics to ensure you can maintain company standards on • Talk time, wrap time, availability time and others as determined by our Performance Management team
• Ability to calmly defuse patients, visitors and employees escalations
• Handle intercom calls • prepared to answer question regarding • Access • Badging • Assistance • Directions • Problem solving
• Additional duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications: • Minimum 2 year of customer service experience required. • Preferably in a call center environment
• Possess solid verbal and written communications skills • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office • High School diploma (or equivalent) required • Reliable transportation to and from work • Good organizational and problem solving skills • Ability to work independently and within established guidelines • Ability to follow direction • Ability to effectively work within a team
