About this role
Job Summary Finisher employees are responsible for completing the production of a quality product in the most efficient manner possible.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities • Ensure quality in the items they produce. • Maintain all equipment used in the finishing process. • Notify the Production Supervisor of any problems or questions with equipment. • Keep production area clean, neat, and organized. • Communicate any problems or potential problems with other employees to the Production Supervisor. • Assist in Quality Checks and Packaging. • Work with office staff as a team, and with respect. • Effectively and efficiently manage time.
Qualifications • High school diploma/GED preferred • Must be able to pass a test for color vision deficiency. • Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs. • Must be 18 years of age or older
