Job Description Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon with fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma to join our growing program in Camden County, New Jersey. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-volume, multidisciplinary orthopedic program while practicing within the academic environment of Thomas Jefferson University and collaborating with nationally recognized orthopedic specialists. Why This Opportunity? High-Volume Orthopedic Practice Join a program with more than 11,000–12,000 annual patient encounters, providing an outstanding breadth of clinical experience and opportunities to build a robust orthopedic trauma practice. Meaningful Operative Volume The opportunity includes approximately 320 operative cases annually, providing a strong surgical volume and exposure to a diverse range of orthopedic trauma. Complex Trauma & Multidisciplinary Care • Work collaboratively across trauma, orthopedics, anesthesia and critical care to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex musculoskeletal injuries.

Compensation $560,000–$700,000 annual salary The position also offers a comprehensive benefits package and academic opportunities through Sidney Kimmel Medical College. Qualifications • M.D. or D.O.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery preferred

• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic trauma care

• Strong interest in multidisciplinary and academic medicine
