Create an Impact :

• Support daily ground operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient drone deliveries.

• Pick up orders from merchants and prepare them carefully for delivery—every detail matters.

• Share feedback and ideas to help improve processes and strengthen reliability.

• Be a visible, professional presence in the community—answering questions and helping build awareness and trust in drone delivery.

• Stay adaptable and dependable in a fast-moving environment.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with teammates to keep operations running smoothly.

• Communicate clearly and support a team culture built on accountability and respect.

• Build positive relationships with merchants and local partners.

Communication:

• Represent the program with professionalism in every interaction.

• Engage with customers, merchants, and community members in a friendly, informed, and respectful way.

• Share on-the-ground observations that help improve the service and strengthen community adoption.

• Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license, as the role requires traveling to merchant locations to pick up orders.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

See below for paid time off details:

• For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

• For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado. $23.70 — $34.80 USD
