Operations Specialist

About this role

Levanta is the leading affiliate marketing platform for marketplace sellers, helping Amazon, Shopify and Walmart brands unlock a scalable, cost-effective marketing channel through direct affiliate partnerships. With access to over 70,000 vetted publishers, influencers, affiliates, and media buyers in Levanta’s Creator Marketplace, sellers can drive high-quality external traffic to their stores, control commissions, improve organic search rankings, and benefit from referral kickbacks on sales generated by their affiliates.

We're a growing team looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Specialist to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

• Monitoring our virtual mailbox and routing/handling correspondence

• Helping track and maintain state compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions

• Coordinating new hire merchandise/swag shipping requests

• Supporting internal people operations and admin tasks (onboarding logistics, document organization, record keeping, etc.)

• Generally keeping things moving — flagging what needs attention, following up on loose ends, and being a dependable second set of hands

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Are highly organized and proactive — you notice the small stuff before it becomes a problem

• Communicate clearly and professionally

• Can work independently without needing to be micromanaged

• Are comfortable juggling recurring tasks and one-off requests across multiple tools

• Treat sensitive/HR-adjacent information with discretion

Nice to have:

• Prior experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or operations support

• Familiarity with state business compliance (registered agent services, annual reports, etc.)

• Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and standard HRIS platforms

• Background supporting small or remote-first teams

**This role is benchmarked at a base salary of between $60,000-$65,000 annually.** What Levanta Offers:
