What you get to do: • Monitor minor time clock punches ensuring all minor labor laws are being followed • Maintain ambassador files • Manage office machinery i.e. copier, printers • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail • Input large amounts of data • Maintain process and control confidential files and records • Assist with guest correspondence • Order various office supplies for the department • Coordinate interdepartmental transfers • Process work orders for Culinary Facilities • Take weekly meeting notes • Communicate with various departments daily • Perform other duties as assigned
What it takes to succeed: • Must have at least 3 years related experience • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality • Must have excellent cash handling skills • Must have previous experience working with 10 key calculator • Must be able to lift 25 pounds • Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds • Must be able to work indoors with or without AC for entire shift • Must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays • Office experience and knowledge of the organization preferred
