As we scale, we are looking for an organized and proactive Office / Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.
ABOUT THE OFFICE ASSISTANT POSITION
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team with daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment that fosters productivity and comfort for all employees. Your responsibilities will include helping manage office supplies to ensure essential items are always available, restocking office snacks, and assisting with the planning of company events, to name a few. Through your attention to detail and proactive approach, you will help create a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable workplace culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.
- Manage office operations, including ordering kitchen and office supplies.
- Be a liaison for building-related issues and oversee maintenance and repair requests for office infrastructure.
- Assist in event planning for company meetings, team outings, and celebrations.
- Help maintain and organize office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Handle deliveries, shipping swags, etc.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings when requested.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Note: this role will require that you drive to run some errands
