The Opportunity: Blueberry is on a mission to make high quality pediatric care available to everyone. In this role, you will join a wonderful community of physicians who are fueled by that mission and have the opportunity to help build our inaugural team of nurse practitioners.

Who You Are:

- A board certification Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with significant pediatric clinical experience, with an active license in at least (1) state

- You are responsible and self-motivated. We do not micromanage.

- You uphold Blueberry’s values. You are committed to making sure that every parent has a great experience and every child gets great care.

- You are empathetic. You do a great job of making parents feel heard and understood.

- You are a person of integrity. We do not prescribe just to satisfy parents.. We practice evidence based medicine. We expect all Blueberry clinicians to uphold that bar.

- You are a collaborative partner to other medical staff and our customer support team, with whom you will work to ensure holistic patient care

Role Details, Schedule & Shift Expectations***:

- 1099 Contract

- You will work 70-80 hours per month - Shifts are typically 4-8 hour blocks of time - 20% of time expected to be on weekends

- You are expected to work all shift times evenly - Evening and weekend shifts split fairly among group - Expanded shift times and overnight hours may be needed in the future

- You are eligible to earn extra income via contributing during surge times, marketing efforts, and other opportunities

***As a young company, growth requires change. Flexibility will be needed.

Holidays:

- Major holidays - Must work 1 of 3 major holidays (rotating basis) - Thanksgiving - Christmas Eve - Christmas Day

- Minor holidays - Required hours split over 2-3 holidays - Martin Luther King Day: Jan 15 - Presidents Day Weekend: Feb 19 - Easter Weekend: March 31, April 1 - Memorial Day Weekend: May 27 - July 4th Weekend: July 4 - Labor Day Weekend: September 2 - New Years Weekend: December 31, Jan 1 - Juneteenth

- Market competitive compensation

- Stipend for remote office supplies

- All initial licensure paid by company and partial renewal reimbursement - Will need ~5 licenses on average to start, increasing to about 15, with some NPs receiving up to 30 in future - Concierge service provided to obtain licenses & renewals

- Minimum 3 year commitment from date of last license issuance, or you will be required to pay back full license costs
