What You'll Be Doing • Operate haul trucks to safely transport raw materials within the plant or quarry.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Monitor material loads to ensure proper placement and volume.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations.
• Support plant operations by assisting with general labor tasks as needed.
What Are We Looking For • Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work in varying weather and site conditions.
Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer • Starting Pay $22.98 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
