Position Overview:

Freddie Mac Multifamily is a dynamic organization that provides interns with meaningful opportunities to build both technical and professional skills while expanding their network across the business. As a Digital Product Analysis Intern, you will work alongside product, business, and technology teams to help deliver innovative digital capabilities that support Multifamily business objectives. This role is ideal for students interested in product management, business analysis, Agile delivery, and technology-driven solutions. You will gain hands-on experience translating business needs into product requirements, facilitating collaboration across teams, and supporting digital product development initiatives that create value for customers and business stakeholders.

The Multifamily Digital Products team serves as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. We work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to identify opportunities, improve processes, and deliver innovative digital products that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. Our team leverages Agile methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and emerging technologies—including AI—to continuously improve product quality and user experiences.

Your Impact:

• Support a Multifamily Digital Product team by serving as a junior Product Analyst and contributing to Agile product delivery activities. • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on product goals and requirements. • Participate in product refinement sessions, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies • Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. • Learn to manage and maintain user stories and product backlogs using Jira and related Agile tools. • Assist with end-to-end testing, quality assurance activities, and documentation of test results. • Track product performance metrics and support analysis of product outcomes and business value. • Collaborate with developers, business leaders, and product teams to manage changing requirements and priorities effectively. • Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in user story creation, testing, documentation, and analysis. • Build professional relationships across the organization while developing business, technical, and product delivery expertise.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. • Expected graduation date of December 2027 – May 2028. • Interest in product management, business analysis, Agile delivery, or digital product development. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development concepts preferred. • Experience with Jira, Excel, Microsoft Office applications, Figma, Visio, or similar business and product tools is a plus. • Exposure to AI tools and digital collaboration platforms is preferred. • Participation in product clubs, case competitions, technology organizations, or large-scale team projects is a plus.

Interns are paid at a set, non-negotiable hourly rate. The hourly rate for this role is $32/hr.
