The Opportunity: CACI is seeking experienced  Mission Partner Advocates , Seniors , who serve as CACI's logistics planning professionals responsible for synchronizing operational logistics requirements with U.S. military Services, Combatant Commands, Special Operations Forces, interagency organizations, allied and partner nations, and commercial partners. Reporting directly to the Logistics Planning Lead, this position ensures mission partner requirements are effectively integrated into  logistics  planning, sustainment operations, and theater distribution activities supporting steady-state, contingency, and emergent operations. The Logistics Planners work closely with Government stakeholders, Joint logistics  staff , Service Components, coalition partners, host nation representatives, logistics service providers, and mission partners to develop operational logistics plans, synchronize theater sustainment activities, identify capability gaps, and coordinate logistics support across geographically dispersed locations. Mission Partner Advocates focus on strengthening strategic relationships, coordinating partner requirements, and  facilitating  collaborative  logistics  solutions. These positions contribute to successful program execution by enhancing  logistics  interoperability, strengthening mission partner integration, improving operational readiness, and ensuring  logistics  capabilities  remain  synchronized with Government  objectives  across the theater.

Responsibilities: • Develop and coordinate operational  logistics  plans supporting steady-state, contingency, exercise, and emergent operations.

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned mission partners to ensure  logistics  requirements are understood, integrated, and effectively supported.

• Coordinate  logistics  planning activities with Combatant Commands, Service Components, Special Operations Forces, coalition partners, host nation agencies, and commercial providers.

• Analyze operational requirements and develop  logistics  courses of action supporting mission  objectives .

• Synchronize sustainment, transportation, distribution, supply chain, infrastructure, and support service requirements across multiple organizations.

• Participate in operational planning teams, planning conferences, tabletop exercises, rehearsals, and mission synchronization events.

• Identify   logistics  capability gaps, operational risks, and resource constraints while recommending mitigation strategies.

• Support theater campaign planning, contingency planning, humanitarian  assistance , disaster response, and crisis action planning.

• Coordinate  logistic  support  requirements for exercises, deployments, and operational missions throughout the Indo-Pacific.

• Develop  logistics  estimates, planning products, operational reports, and executive-level briefings.

• Maintain awareness of regional  logistics  capabilities, host nation agreements, transportation networks, and commercial support options.

• Coordinate with Joint, interagency, multinational, and coalition partners to improve  logistics  interoperability and information sharing.

• Support Government-directed assessments, operational experimentation, and  logistics  modernization initiatives.

• Maintain planning documentation, mission partner engagement records, and operational planning products.

• Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous process improvement to enhance operational effectiveness and mission success.

  Qualifications: Required:   • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting  logistics  planning, operational planning, sustainment operations, transportation planning, supply chain management, or theater  logistics  for Government or Department of Defense organizations.  

• Active TS/SCI clearance

• Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.

• Experience developing  logistics  plans supporting operational, contingency, exercise, or campaign planning activities.

• Experience coordinating  logistics  requirements across multiple organizations, mission partners, or geographically dispersed operations.

• Demonstrated experience briefing senior Government leadership on  logistics  planning, operational synchronization, and mission support activities.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Joint  logistics  doctrine, operational planning processes, and theater sustainment operations.

Desired : • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transportation Management, Military Science, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Experience supporting Indo-Pacific operations, multinational exercises, coalition operations, or partner nation engagement activities.

• Experience supporting USSOCOM, SOCPAC, U.S. Army Pacific, PACAF, PACFLT, III MEF, or other Indo-Pacific organizations.

• Experience  utilizing  Joint planning systems, Global Combat Support System (GCSS), Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES), Joint Planning Process (JPP), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, ArcGIS, or other  logistics  planning tools.

• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), Lean Six Sigma, Defense Logistics Agency certifications, or equivalent  logistics  and program management certifications are preferred.

• Military  logistics  planning experience supporting Joint Task Forces, contingency operations, Special Operations, or multinational  logistics  environments is highly desirable.
