ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling technology company building sophisticated infrastructure and software systems.

We are seeking a Staff level Member of Technical Staff to lead high-impact technical initiatives and solve complex engineering problems spanning multiple systems and teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead architecture and implementation of critical platform capabilities.

- Own complex technical initiatives from conception through production.

- Design scalable distributed systems and services.

- Identify and resolve architectural, reliability, and performance bottlenecks.

- Establish engineering patterns and technical standards.

- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.

- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

- Influence long-term platform architecture and technology decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 7+ years of software engineering experience.

- Strong expertise in distributed systems and system architecture.

- Deep proficiency in at least one major programming language.

- Experience operating systems at meaningful scale.

- Strong technical leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to influence across teams without direct authority.

NICE TO HAVE

- AI/ML infrastructure.

- Kubernetes and cloud platforms.

- High-scale distributed systems.

- Startup or scale-up experience.

- GPU or data-intensive systems.
