This position is Onsite, 8-5pm Monday - Friday, at the designated care center clinic.

You Will:     

A Member Engagement Specialist will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with members who are not actively engaged with Prosano Health Solutions. This position involves proactive outreach and personalized communication to encourage members to utilize healthcare services and improve their overall health outcomes.  In addition, a member engagement specialist will be a key contributor to our first-class c are team at Prosano Health Solutions and will deliver on our commitment to excellence by demonstrating the ability to:  

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with members that build trust and loyalt y  

• Understand member needs and preferences to tailor engagement strategies  

• Provide support and guidance to help members navigate the healthcare system  

• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and engagement activities  

• Update member information in the Electronic Medical Record  

• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving member engagement  

• Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to coordinate members’ outreach efforts  

• Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for enhancing member engagement  

• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop outreach materials    

• Collect and analyze member feedback to identify areas for improvement  

• Implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention  

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize engagement processes  

• Initiate contact with members via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels  

• Address member inquiries , provide care options and information about available healthcare ser vices  

• Collaborate with clinical team members to facilitate a seamless healthcare approach  

Additional:  

• Work ing hours can include morning, night or weekend hours  

• Work at the Prosano Care Center is 100% on site    

• Perform all other duties as assigned  

You Have:  

• Excellent interpersonal skills to include the ability to build and maintain strong customer service relationships  

• Experience in clinical roles, clinical engagement and/or healthcare navigation.  

• Demonstrated ability to appropriately and quickly respond to current and future member inquiries and needs .    

• Ab ility to be creative to develop innovative solutions for enhancing member satisfaction  

• Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented and must provide accurate record keeping and follow up  

• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve member engagement strategies  

• Ability to work independently, to consistently meet deadlines and performance targets, as well as collaborat e with a team.  

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word. Familiarity with health
