About this role
What You Will Do Materials Manager – High‑Volume Manufacturing & SAP Implementation. This role will serve as the senior supply chain leader for our high‑volume autonomous supercapacitor manufacturing operations, including SMT production. The position reports to the Director of Operations and is based on‑site at our advanced manufacturing facility. It is a hands‑on, high‑impact role responsible for end‑to‑end supply chain performance, global sourcing strategy, and Tier 1 OEM customer engagement.
How You Will Do It • Build and execute supply chain strategies that support high‑volume supercapacitor and SMT production while meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Lead the end‑to‑end SAP ERP implementation across procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
• Drive measurable improvements in OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance, and MRP accuracy using SAP analytics and KPI dashboards.
• Facilitate and continuously improve the SIOP process, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, production capacity, inventory targets, and financial objectives.
• Strengthen global sourcing resilience by identifying risks, qualifying suppliers, and implementing mitigation strategies for geopolitical, logistics, and reliability challenges.
• Serve as the primary supply chain interface for Tier 1 OEM customers, ensuring compliance with contractual, quality, and delivery requirements.
What We Look For – Qualifications Required • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, production planning, and logistics within a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting electronics manufacturing, including SMT (Surface Mount Technology) operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing materials, warehouse, and logistics teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Preferred • Experience supporting OEM customers and customer demand planning.
• Exposure to warehouse automation technologies, including Automated Mobile Robots (AMRs).
• Experience with plant startups, facility expansions, or New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
