Job Description Located in the heart of Central Ohio, Illuminate USA is transforming solar panel manufacturing from our cutting-edge facility in Pataskala. As a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, we’ve rapidly grown to over 1,500 associates and are now fully operational in our 1.1 million-square-foot factory. Our vision is to establish one of the largest solar panel manufacturing operations in the Western Hemisphere.

The Material Handler is responsible for the movement, organization, and documentation of goods, supplies, and materials within the facility. This role involves operating various material handling equipment, not limited to forklifts, to facilitate the efficient transfer and storage of materials. Additionally, the Material Handler will maintain inventory accuracy and ensure cleanliness in the production area. This is a shift position.
Responsibilities: · Safely operate material handling equipment to move and stack materials. · Coordinate with warehouse personnel to facilitate the transfer of goods as needed. · Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. · Ensure cleanliness and organization in the production area. · Complete any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent. · 4-6 years of material handling experience. · Strong learning and communication skills. · Knowledge of fire and manufacturing operations safety protocols
