FTE: 1 , Shift: Days , Schedule: Monday - Friday This position is a temp role

Position Summary The Special Project Coordinator performs support for various projects ranging from financial analysis to operational assistance across various departments. The incumbent works closely with project leaders in monitoring, coordinating and facilitating project activities. Projects may include system wide software application projects, clinical based systems or other infrastructure projects that span multiple levels of the organization. This position requires technical skills, organization, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communications, meeting management skills, and discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive and privileged information. This position also requires strong customer service skills with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Requirements

• BA Degree in Finance or related field

• Prefer experience in leading small scale projects

• Prefer experience in a clinical setting

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $63,232.00 - $91,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
