Role Overview: Our US Pet Rx team is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead product portfolio strategy and drive customer activation initiatives. This role bridges strategic planning with tactical execution, managing brand growth to meet revenue and market share objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Brand & Product Management • Manage the annual marketing calendar, including promotional materials and strategic campaigns.

• Drive the development of comprehensive omnichannel programs tailored to specific segments to reinforce brand identity and commercial goals.

• Oversee the creation of promotional resources and e-commerce assets while ensuring all sales tools meet strict regulatory guidelines.

• Manage A&P financial resources to ensure high-impact budget utilization and alignment with commercial goals.

• Lead and implement go-to-market initiatives for new product introductions and lifecycle management projects through cross-functional leadership and precise tactical execution.

• Produce demand/revenue forecasts and monitor inventory levels and backorder status of key products to ensure alignment with sales targets.

Strategic Planning • Partner with cross-functional internal stakeholders to design customized brand initiatives and field-based Plan of Action (POA) deployment frameworks for the sales organization.

• Evaluate competitive landscapes, market shifts, and consumer intelligence to pinpoint expansion prospects and optimize tactical promotional reach.

• Leverage business intelligence and key performance indicators to monitor marketing impact, quantify financial returns, and drive informed strategic choices.

• Identify customers’ expectations utilizing pertinent market research/Business reports, studies and seeks to improve the brand offerings and services to satisfy present and future needs.

Communication and Stakeholder Alignment • Serve as the central marketing liaison between internal cross-functional teams, field sales, and external partners (e.g., agencies and/or industry groups as applicable).

• Proactively communicate brand messaging, campaign updates, product strategy, and performance metrics across the business.

• Participate in cross-functional task forces, high-priority partner meetings, and industry events to support marketing alignment and relationship building.

  Qualifications & Skills • Strategic Execution & Project Management: Proven ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable project plans, maintain timelines, and execute complex marketing initiatives.

• Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in tracking performance metrics, managing budgets, and using data to influence decision-making.

• Communication & Influence: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively convey strategies to leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Marketing Proficiency: Strong understanding of modern omnichannel, digital, and account-based marketing practices.

• Problem Solving & Adaptability: Self-starter approach with strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Educational level or equivalent experience:  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required; MBA preferred.

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in brand management, B2B/B2C marketing, or business development.

• Industry Experience: Relevant industry experience is valued, but not required.
