About this role
• Develop, execute, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, paid media, in-venue). • Lead event marketing efforts to drive ticket sales and attendance. • Monitor ticket sales and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. • Create and manage digital and social content, graphics, and materials. • Maintain website, social channels, and content assets. • Support revenue initiatives including premium seating and private events. • Execute email campaigns and audience targeting strategies. • Track KPIs and report campaign performance. • Support PR efforts and coordinate media needs during events. • Act as liaison between venue departments and corporate marketing. • Manage timelines, calendars, and campaign deliverables.
• Knowledge of market preferred. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and marketing platforms • Strong understanding of social media and email marketing • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable. • AI and technology-forward
