THE ROLE

As our Events & Field Marketing Lead, you will own a key channel of our GTM engine by scaling brand awareness through a community-driven events engine. Your focus will be building the community and marketing engine that expands our brand amongst the largest and fastest growing wealth management firms in the US.

This role is a rare chance to build a community-driven events ecosystem from 0→1, stand up our early in-house marketing capability, and scale awareness across the wealth management firms and advisors who are our ICP. If you're excited by building communities, running high-volume events, and taking a systems-driven approach to turning creative GTM ideas into measurable pipeline, we'd love to chat.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Community-Driven Events & Ecosystem (Core Focus)

- Work directly with our CEO to build and launch multiple communities focused on our ICP.

- Be the face of Nevis at events nationwide, traveling regularly to host, connect, and build relationships in person.

- Own all day-to-day operations for our events.

- Be responsible for all new member onboarding.

- Own reporting on metrics: net new members, net new opportunities generated for Nevis, and event ROI.

WHO YOU ARE

- 4+ years in relevant fields (high-growth startups, management consulting, or investment banking/PE/VC).

- An expert relationship manager and networker, with the range to also excel in B2B sales conversations closing 6–7 figure deals.

- Excellent communication and executive presence — you will represent the Nevis brand with C-suite audiences.

- A quick learner with a strong bias for action; you don't wait for perfect information.

- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City. Comfortable with frequent travel to events and client sites across the United States.

- Authorized to work in the United States.

NICE TO HAVE

- Familiarity with the wealth management or financial services landscape.

- Experience building a community or events motion from scratch (0→1) rather than scaling an existing one.
