About this role

Join PatientPoint to be part of a dynamic team creating change in and around the doctor’s office. As a leading digital health company, we innovate to positively impact patient behaviors. Our purpose-driven approach offers an inspirational career opportunity where you can contribute to improving health outcomes for millions of patients nationwide.

Job Summary:

PatientPoint is seeking a Marketing Director to own the strategy, planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that attract, convert and grow healthcare provider audiences. This is a strategic ownership role, not a project-execution role: you'll set the objectives, audience, budget and success metrics for every campaign you run, and success will be determined on the business outcomes those campaigns deliver, not just the assets you ship.

You bring a working understanding of the healthcare landscape and how provider organizations make decisions, and you know how to translate that into B2B messaging that resonates with clinical, operational and executive buyers alike. You're equally comfortable architecting an ABM program for a named account list and running broad-based digital demand gen — SEM, SEO, paid and organic — to build a healthy top of funnel. When conventional channels won't reach a hard-to-find audience, you're the person who figures out what will.

You'll manage a team of three and work daily across Customer Success, Provider Sales, Provider Ops, Product and Content & Creative. You'll be a visible, credible face of marketing to sales and ops leadership — comfortable presenting to sales regularly, not just supporting them from behind the scenes — and you'll be able to pivot quickly when priorities and quick-turn requests shift, without losing sight of the strategy underneath.

What You'll Do:

Campaign Strategy & Ownership

• Campaign ownership end to end — set objectives, define target audience, own budget and establish the success metrics for every campaign, then hold the work to those metrics through completion.

• Integrated, multi-channel execution — develop and run marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and demand across provider audiences, blending broad digital tactics, SEM/SEO, demand gen and ABM into a single coherent plan rather than disconnected tactics.

• Audience strategy — build strategic segmentation and targeting approaches, grounded in a real understanding of key provider audiences, so every message reaches the right buyer with the right relevance.

• Creative concepting — be comfortable in the room developing the creative idea, not just the media plan — concepting campaigns that break through in a crowded healthcare marketing landscape.

• Reach beyond the obvious — think outside the box to attract audiences that don't respond to standard B2B tactics, testing new channels and formats where the data says traditional approaches are underperforming.

Demand Generation & Lifecycle

• Full-funnel demand gen — own lead capture, nurture and delivery strategy, ensuring a clean handoff from marketing-generated interest to a sales-ready lead.

• Performance reporting — report regularly on marketing performance against the metrics you set, translating campaign data into clear read-outs for sales and executive stakeholders.

• ABM expertise — apply account-based marketing principles to prioritize and personalize outreach to high-value provider accounts alongside broader always-on and awareness programs.

Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Sales enablement leadership — develop robust sales enablement plans, messaging frameworks and product collateral that give the provider sales team what they need to sell effectively.

• Face of marketing to sales and ops — serve as the primary marketing point of contact for provider sales and provider ops leadership, delivering regular updates and training and building genuine credibility with the field.

• Regular sales presence — get in front of sales consistently — team meetings, kickoffs, pipeline reviews — as a normal part of the role, not an occasional add-on.

• Cross-functional fluency — partner closely with Customer Success, Provider Sales, Provider Ops, Product and Content & Creative, and adjust quickly to shifting priorities and quick-turn requests without dropping strategic threads.

Events

• End-to-end event support — support marketing's role in events across the full lifecycle — pre-event promotion, on-site presence and execution, and post-event follow-up and lead conversion.

Customer Communications & Go-to-Market

• Customer communications — understand and apply the discipline of communicating to an existing customer base, supporting retention and deepening product utilization in partnership with Customer Success.

• Go-to-market leadership — build and execute GTM plans for new product launches and product updates, tailoring the plan for both prospective clients and the current customer base rather than treating them as a single audience.

• Onboarding & thought leadership — develop customer onboarding and training materials, and shape thought leadership and educational content for key provider segments, partnering with Content and Insights & Enablement to uncover and develop case study opportunities.

Team Leadership & Planning

• People leadership — manage and develop a team of three, setting clear priorities and creating room for their own growth and ownership.

• Annual planning — contribute to annual planning, including budgeting, KPI setting, and reporting on marketing effectiveness back to the broader marketing leadership team.

What We Need:

• 7+ years of B2B or healthcare marketing experience, ideally in a provider-facing or health tech environment, including experience owning campaign strategy and budget.

• Direct people management experience, with the ability to lead, coach and develop a small team.

• Working knowledge of the healthcare provider landscape, practice operations and how provider organizations e
