Job Description:
About the Role We are looking for a strategic storyteller and master communicator to join our team as Sr. Marketing Content Specialist. In this role, you won't just be building slides and writing blogs; you will be the creative partner to our leadership team. You will translate complex enterprise technology, product roadmaps, and business strategies into highly compelling, visually stunning, and clear executive-level presentations (for keynotes, industry and major internal events) and digital content. The ideal candidate has a rare blend of technical curiosity, exceptional narrative writing skills, and the executive presence required to collaborate directly with business leaders. Key Responsibilities • Story & Slide Creation: Own the end-to-end creation of high-stakes executive presentations. Translate abstract technical ideas into clear, engaging, and highly visual narratives.
• Domain & Market Segment Research: Develop a deep, nuanced understanding of our target market segments (e.g., enterprise IT, mainframe systems, cloud integration). Research and apply the specific "do's and don'ts" for each audience to ensure messaging is credible, resonant, and domain-accurate.
• SME Collaboration: Partner with internal technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), product managers, and engineers to extract key data, technical architectures, and messaging.
• Presenter Coaching: Work 1-on-1 with executive presenters to shape their speaking notes, refine their narrative flow, and prep them on stage presence and delivery.
• Project & Time Management: Manage the presentation pipeline. You will be responsible for keeping multiple high-priority presentation projects on track under tight, fast-moving deadlines.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all presentation designs, messaging, and tone align with our brand, voice, and strategic vision.
What You Bring to the Table • Enterprise Tech Experience: Experience in executive communications, corporate storytelling, or strategic marketing specifically within the enterprise technology space (Mainframe, SaaS, Cloud, AI, Cyber, Infrastructure, etc).
• Master Storyteller: Exceptional writing and messaging skills. You know how to structure a presentation (the "hook," the problem, the solution, the payoff) so that it resonates with diverse audiences.
• Expert Presentation Tooling: Advanced mastery of PowerPoint . You understand how to use layout, typography, and visual hierarchy to make slides digestible at a glance.
• Technical Curiosity: Strong research and interviewing skills. You aren't afraid of complex technical jargon; you enjoy digging in with experts to make it simple.
• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): The confidence and diplomacy required to give constructive feedback to senior executives and manage diverse stakeholder opinions.
• Ruthless Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, handle last-minute edits calmly, and deliver polished results on time.
Experience: • Bachelors in Engineering and 12+ years of related experience or Masters degree in Engineering and 10+ years of related experience or PhD and 7+ years of related experience
