Position Overview: At Clemson Marina, we’re committed to delivering an exceptional boating experience through dependable, high-quality service and a passion for the boating lifestyle.

We’re looking for an experienced, self-directed Marine Technician with strong mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset to join our Service Department. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage the full service process, from inspection and diagnosis through repair, testing, and final documentation, ensuring each boat is completed with accuracy and efficiency.

Based at our Clemson Marina location, you’ll serve as the primary on-site technician supporting both internal and customer-paid work. While working independently day-to-day, you’ll remain closely connected with and supported by the team at our sister location, Eclipse Marine – Seneca, and as business needs fluctuate, there may be times you'll assist at our Seneca location, particularly during the winter month s.

If you take pride in hands-on work, enjoy solving problems, and value both ownership and teamwork, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the marine industry.

At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.
