Pay: $23.40/hr

Work Shift Rotating Days – 12-Hour Shift (Mon–Thu, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Off

• Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues  

• Perform quality tests and   maintain   accurate   records  

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations    

Education:   High school diploma or equivalent required.     Experience:  

• 1+   year   of basic knowledge of machinery preferred.  

• Experience with production equipment is a plus.  

• Familiarity with quality testing.  

  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:  

• Basic math skills   including   use   of formulas, decimals, and fractions.  

• Knowledge of simple measuring devices.  

• Ability to stand continuously for a 12-hour period.  

• Ability to lift 40 lbs.  

  Physical Requirements / Work Environment :   This role entails standing for   long periods , operating machinery, and handling materials.   Compensation and Benefits :   The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $15.26–$22.88.  

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results   in accordance with   company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
