Join a manufacturing team responsible for the production of Class III medical devices in a regulated environment. This role oversees daily production operations, balancing quality, safety, delivery, and cost objectives while leading a production team on second shift. The position works closely with manufacturing, quality, and support functions to ensure production targets are met and continuous improvement initiatives are executed.

*This role will be on Second shift schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (4x10 schedule).*

What You Will Do • Direct daily production activities by allocating people, equipment, materials, and systems to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance targets.

• Lead second-shift operations with ownership of daily production execution, workforce management, team performance, staffing decisions, and achievement of production objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leading Lean manufacturing activities, 6S programs, daily improvement meetings, and process optimization efforts.

• Monitor production results, review daily performance metrics, report variances, and implement corrective actions to address root causes and improve operational performance.

• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety requirements while maintaining a safe manufacturing environment and adherence to established procedures and policies.

What You Will Need Required: • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or a related environment.

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading or supervising employees, including performance management responsibilities.

Preferred: • Continuous improvement or process improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Additional Information: • Second shift schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (4x10 schedule).

• Overtime may be required based on business needs.

• Personal protective equipment may be required in designated production areas.

• Role may require occasional movement of materials or objects weighing up to 35 pounds.

     United States of America Pay Ranges: $89,400 - $148,900 USD Annual      Travel Percentage: 0%
