Manufacturing Project Engineer (Multiple Positions), Becton Dickinson and Company, Canaan, CT . Ensure project objectives are met in terms of scope, time, cost, and quality. Review existing technical, regulatory, business, and operational needs. Coordinate cross-manufacturing and commercialization. Conduct transition from manufacturing to commercialization. Collaborate with cross-functional project team members to ensure programs satisfy business, customer, and regulatory requirements. Support the development of cross-functional teams, matrix management of multi-functional teams. Oversee engineering project life cycles. Maintain project budget and time subject area. Develop protocols for proposed projects, using sound engineering and statistical technologies and techniques.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $132,766/yr - $199,805.83/yr. Standard company benefits. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Engineering (any), or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor's, progressive, related work experience.

Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:

• End-of-project equipment turn-key validation protocol; • Managing high speed/high volume manufacturing environment such as disposable medical device, food, or beverage manufacturing or pharmaceutical (proprietary or OTC); • Knowledge of direct cost systems, quality control, management principles and practices, manufacturing processes, equipment and scheduling, industrial/associate relations, and wage and incentive systems; and • Utilizing SAP and Microsoft Office tools to effectively communicate project tasks and requirements.
