About this role

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers users to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives. As a Manufacturing Design Engineer II on the NPI team, you will develop and troubleshoot manufacturing processes, support prototype and pre-production builds (prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT), and ensure high quality and efficiency from early development through mass production. You will partner closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Supply Chain, and external manufacturing teams to deliver DFX feedback and drive designs that are manufacturable, scalable through automation, and optimized for performance, cost, and speed at high volume. You bring experience in DFX, process design and validation, and fixture development, along with a strong interest in supporting build execution in factory environments.
