Overview:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations, capacity planning, or manufacturing strategy environments.
• This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing growth initiatives by analyzing production capacity, workforce requirements, supply chain constraints, and operational capabilities across manufacturing operations.
• The role will play a critical part in helping the organization evaluate and respond to rapidly increasing customer demand while ensuring operational feasibility and long-term scalability.
• The Manufacturing Capacity Analyst will partner closely with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Leadership teams to assess current and future capacity requirements.
• This individual will evaluate production scenarios, identify operational constraints, develop capacity models, and provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
• The ideal candidate possesses strong manufacturing knowledge, analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex operational data into actionable recommendations.
• This individual must be comfortable working in fast-paced manufacturing environments and supporting high-growth operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capacity Analysis & Planning
• Analyze manufacturing capacity across multiple operations and facilities.
• Evaluate production capabilities against forecasted and actual customer demand.
• Identify bottlenecks, constraints, and operational risks impacting capacity.
• Develop capacity planning models to support short-term and long-term business needs.
• Generate recommendations to improve capacity utilization and operational readiness.
• Manufacturing & Operations Analysis
• Assess manufacturing processes, equipment capabilities, labor availability, and production constraints.
• Support analysis of workforce capacity, staffing requirements, and operational resource planning.
• Evaluate manufacturing readiness for new customer demand and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to understand operational limitations and opportunities.
• Support production ramp-up and expansion planning activities.
• Supply Chain Capacity Assessment
• Analyze supplier and supply chain capabilities relative to forecasted production requirements.
• Identify supply chain constraints that may impact manufacturing performance.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to evaluate capacity risks.
• Support contingency planning and risk mitigation activities.
• Develop recommendations to improve overall operational responsiveness.
• Strategic Planning & Business Support
• Provide data-driven insights to support manufacturing growth decisions.
• Evaluate multiple demand scenarios and determine operational impact.
• Support business planning activities related to capacity expansion and operational growth.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in the development of long-range capacity and growth strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and Leadership teams.
• Facilitate discussions regarding operational constraints and potential solutions.
• Communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support decision-making through data analysis and operational recommendations.
• Drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve business objectives.

Must Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations, production planning, capacity planning, or related fields.
• Strong manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience evaluating production capacity, operational constraints, and manufacturing performance.
• Experience analyzing workforce, equipment, and production capabilities.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and industrial environments.
• Ability to assess operational readiness against changing business demand.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
