Join the engine room of Capital One’s customer experience. We are seeking strategic, technically-minded Product Managers to lead mission-critical platforms that power billions of interactions. From managing massive data ecosystems to building the interfaces our global agents use every day, you will drive the "under-the-hood" innovation that makes seamless banking possible.
We have multiple openings across our specialized Customer Services & Strategy teams . While each role has a unique focus, they all share a common goal: building scalable, well-managed, and data-driven solutions.
Here are just a few examples of our open Product Management roles:
• Workforce & Intelligent Routing (Data): Architect the data products and publishing patterns that power enterprise-level routing and workforce insights.
• Card Customer Resiliency - Recoveries Offers: Our offer programs serve as the vital framework through which we empower customers to resolve outstanding balances, frequently by extending significant concessions to those facing the most acute financial pressures. With millions of individuals engaging with these programs annually, your work will directly impact a massive population, guiding them through periods of instability toward a future of sustainable credit health.
• Fraud Decisioning: Personal loans introduces a unique risk relative to credit cards in that personal loans are disbursed in one lump sum after approval. We are looking for a Product Manager to help us determine and build the right fraud detection and mitigation to provide a first-in-class frictionless experience for good customers, and prompt the right verification tool(s) to deter fraudsters when we see risk.
• Enterprise Document Management: Oversee the real-time ingestion and safeguarding of a 15-billion+ document ecosystem, ensuring high-stakes data is handled with precision.
• Agent Servicing Platforms: Build collaborative, reusable tools that optimize the experience for both our software developers and frontline agents. Direct the product strategy for frontline customer servicing agent empowerment, performance management, and coaching capabilities on our quality assurance platform.
• Customer Assist Observability: Step into the cutting-edge world of Autonomous AI as the Product Manager for a product which focuses on Alerting, Traceability, Logging, Automated controls, and System observability. In this role, you will spearhead our strategy for system safety, automated controls, and robust observability, partnering cross-functionally to build scalable, technology-driven architectures that deploy real-time alerts, ensure compliance, and drastically reduce incident recovery times.

Basic Qualifications:
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
OR • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan. Capital One offers a
