About this role
JOB PURPOSE
At Unilever, Digital and Technology is helping shape the next chapter of growth for one of the world’s leading consumer goods companies. This is an opportunity to work on the highest-value applications of technology across a North America business with scale, complexity, and global influence. You will use cutting edge technology, data, digital products, and artificial intelligence to transform how we operate, serve customers, and connect with consumers.
This role offers exposure to transformational change. You will contribute to priority initiatives that sit on the leadership agenda, including artificial intelligence-enabled capabilities that are attracting significant investment and visibility across the business. As part of a rotational model, you will build breadth across strategic digital priorities, moving across high-impact opportunities where technology will unlock measurable value, accelerate decision-making, and strengthen competitive advantage.
North America is a lighthouse market for Unilever globally, giving this role a unique platform to help prove, scale, and shape solutions that can influence the wider enterprise. You will partner across business and technology teams, translate complex needs into practical delivery, and help create smarter, faster, and more connected ways of working — while building the experience, relationships, and commercial understanding needed to grow as a digital business leader.

Cross-team alignment — Drive alignment between North America needs and global product/data platform capabilities; lead translation of requirements into epics and user stories and ensure fit-for-market delivery.
Governance execution — Run working-level governance forums, own the RAID log for assigned workstreams, and ensure timely decisions and documented follow-through.
Product dependency management — Manage cross-product dependencies for assigned workstreams, track delivery health, and lead resolution of blockers across teams.
Benefits & adoption — Define success metrics for assigned workstreams, build and execute change management and training plans, and measure adoption and realized benefits.
Vendor management — Manage third-party deliverables, timelines, and quality; ensure smooth handoffs across partners.
Data analytics and insight generation — Translate complex data into actionable commercial strategies, driving adoption of analytics tools (e.g., pricing, promotion, Revenue Growth Management) to deliver measurable growth and enable data-driven decision-making.
KEY CAPABILITIES
Product & AI Delivery — Drive product and AI initiatives by translating requirements into scalable solutions. Manage product lifecycle activities aligned to North America business priorities. Program Delivery Execution — Deliver across programs by applying delivery standards, leading change management, and ensuring execution quality and consistency. Business & Consumer Alignment — Connect technology workstreams to measurable business outcomes. Develop business cases for strategic initiatives and bring consumer insights and competitive trends into decisions. Value Realization & Storytelling — Define measurable outcomes, track value realization, and communicate impact clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Leadership & Collaboration — Foster a collaborative, accountable environment across teams; influence without authority to enable high-performing delivery teams. Cross-Functional Knowledge — Apply working knowledge of supply chain, R&D, marketing, and customer operations to drive cross-functional alignment. Insights & Analytics Expertise — Apply data and analytics tools to develop actionable insights and partner with commercial teams to translate insights into business actions.
