Manager, IT Delivery, Monitor Product Portfolio

About this role

• Lead, coach, and develop technology professionals across multiple Agile teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous learning, and career growth. • Drive delivery and execution for the Monitor Product portfolio, including: • Own Your Future Dashboard • Google Unified Dashboard • Dashboard integration and routing capabilities • Account Profile and Security experiences • Contingency Site capabilities • Cybersecurity, modernization, and resiliency initiatives

• Balance strategic roadmap delivery with ongoing operational support, incident management, and risk reduction activities. • Collaborate across Workplace Solutions, Personal Wealth, Architecture, Platform Services, and Product organizations to deliver a unified client experience. • Lead efforts that integrate shared navigation, dashboard experiences, and micro front-end capabilities across business domains. • Influence delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, and execution plans. • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with Vanguard India technology teams. • Coordinate planning, delivery execution, dependency management, knowledge transfer, and production support across distributed teams. • Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment that enables global teams to operate as one delivery organization. • Own delivery readiness for the Azure-based contingency platform and related resiliency capabilities. • Partner with architecture, infrastructure, and engineering teams to improve observability, availability, disaster recovery, and operational excellence. • Lead incident response, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives across a complex application landscape. • Monitor operational performance, service delivery, and team effectiveness while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. • Participate in staffing, budgeting, resource planning, and other operational management activities. • Ensure compliance with information technology, cybersecurity, and information security policies and procedures.

Qualifications • Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least five years of project management or leadership experience. • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

Preferred skills • Experience in IT project management, software development, or IT service delivery with prior experience leading technology teams and Agile delivery efforts. • Hands-on software development experience with modern web technologies (React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript), backend technologies (Java, APIs, microservices), and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud). • Experience leading modernization, resiliency, cybersecurity, and platform stability initiatives across complex enterprise applications. • Proven ability to partner effectively with Product, Architecture and globally distributed teams, including India. • Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to develop talent and drive high-performing teams.
