Now Hiring: Manager In Training Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 Shift: Days/Weekends/On Call/Variable
SBM’s Manager-in-Training (MIT) is a rigorous 9-week program built to develop emerging leaders through on-the-job training and structured professional development.
What You’ll Gain: • Structured virtual learning and in-person mentorship to accelerate leadership growth
• On-site operations training across SBM’s core business operations
• Direct mentorship with site leadership, safety, and client operations
Core Skills Developed: • Team development and performance management
• Client engagement and relationship management
• Safety program management
Graduates leave with a strong operational foundation, enhanced leadership abilities, and the confidence to drive performance across SBM sites.
Qualifications • Candidates must be able to relocate for the role. • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus • Bachelor's Degree preferred
