This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because: We are seeking a highly experienced, discreet, and operationally exceptional Manager, Executive Office to support key members of the Management Team at Tory Burch. This role functions as a strategic partner and administrative leader, ensuring the seamless execution of all priorities that enable leadership to operate at maximum effectiveness. A Day in the Life: The Manager, Executive Office oversees the full administrative ecosystem for the Management Team, including Board of Directors support—managing agendas, board calendars, meeting logistics, travel coordination, T&E oversight, market‑visit planning, catering, and the setup and breakdown of all related meetings and social activities. This individual ensures flawless execution of all board‑related operations with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

This role serves as primary administrative partner for the Management Team, delivering seamless support across both corporate and personal priorities. The Administrative Chief of Staff streamlines communication, optimizes the Management Team’s time, and manages complex, shifting demands with independent judgment and absolute discretion. This leader anticipates needs, navigates sensitive information, and maintains exceptional organizational discipline while pivoting effortlessly between business and personal responsibilities. As a trusted advisor and operational anchor, the role is central to amplifying leadership’s impact across the company.

Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary operational partner, ensuring priorities, workflows, and communications run smoothly across the enterprise. • Anticipate and manage personal needs to ensure seamless alignment of personal and professional priorities. • Coordinate personal appointments and related administrative tasks. • Anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, oversee complex calendar management, and proactively remove obstacles to maximize the Management Team’s effectiveness. • Prepare executive briefings, talking points, presentations, and materials for internal and external meetings. • Act as the primary liaison between leadership, and key internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment. • Resolve complex administrative and operational challenges independently, using sound judgment and organizational expertise. • Manage coordinating, scheduling, time optimization, and prioritization of commitments. • Partner effectively with the Executive Administrative Team to ensure coordinated, high‑quality support. • Handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion and maintain a network of strategic relationships.

Board of Directors Operations • Manage all Board of Directors logistics, including agendas, calendars, materials, and meeting coordination. • Oversee Board travel, T&E, market‑visit planning, catering, meeting setup/breakdown, and related social activities. • Ensure flawless execution of all Board interactions with strict confidentiality and professionalism.

To Land This Role:

• Bachelor’s degree • 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the President or C-suite level. • Prior BOD experience strongly preferred • Proven track record of exercis
